Usually, plans are activated instantly after payment. If it remains inactive, please check your Payment Status in the 'Recent Payments' section. If the money was deducted but not reflected, send us the transaction ID and your registered Email on WhatsApp. We will sync it manually within minutes.

Navigate to "Manage Templates" from your sidebar or dashboard. Choose your preferred design and click 'Save'. Note: All reporters approved *after* this change will get the new design. Previously generated cards will retain their original design for record security.

Once your quota reaches 0, the 'Approve' button for new applications will be locked. You can still reject or delete applications. To resume approving reporters, you must **Renew your existing plan** or **Upgrade** to a higher one. Bonus cards can also be requested from Super Admin for special events.

Once you click Approve, our system sends an automatic Email to the reporter with a secure download link. Reporters can also visit your **Public Portal URL**, enter their Mobile Number and Date of Birth, and download their ID Card/Letter anytime without bothering you.

PRESSIDCARD.COM is a **Digital Management SaaS**. We provide tools for internal record-keeping and card generation. RNI (Registrar of Newspapers for India) registration is a separate statutory process. You can use our portal to issue cards for your organization once you have your legal registration/declaration.

We take data privacy very seriously. All documents like Aadhaar, Photos, and Signature Stamps are stored in **Secured Isolated Folders**. Only you (the Admin) have access to view or delete them. We perform daily database backups to ensure your records are never lost.
